We (Olga and Anna) both broke free from our conventional jobs and lifestyles in order to embrace a more adventurous and liberated existence. Drawing upon our colourful life experiences and unique skillsets, we established B. wu, a platform dedicated to empowering women to embrace a life of freedom and redefine the concept of thriving in mid-life. Our ultimate goal is to foster a vibrant community of women who not only flourish but also wholeheartedly embrace a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.
ANYONE CAN SURF! If you have never experienced the thrill of riding waves on a surfboard, we encourage you to join us! Surfing is not only a fun activity, and extremely empowering for women, but it is particularly beneficial for women who want to effectively manage hormonal and emotional changes.
Surfing not only helps you stay fit and increase your Vitamin D, it also plays a crucial role in balancing the fluctuating hormones that occur during menopause. It helps to combat various unwanted symptoms such as anxiety, stress, mood swings, and much more. So why not give surfing a try and experience the incredible benefits it has to offer?
Not only do we provide experiences but we educate with a number of workshops during your retreat with us. Your body is crying for attention if you've experienced unwanted symptoms that are impacting your life. There are tangible solutions we can tailor for you. We'll help you learn to make simple adjustments with Eastern and Western tools that can be adapted to our modern lives.

"Essaouira is such a beautifully vibrant town, with a fascinating fusion of its maze-like medina, deep history, bustling fishing port, and windswept beach"
Essaouira is a charming coastal city located in the western part of Morocco. Known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant culture, and rich history, this destination has become a popular choice for both domestic and international travellers.
Once you arrive in Essaouira, you'll be greeted by the city's atmospheric medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With its narrow streets, blue doorways, and bustling markets, the medina offers a glimpse into the city's past. Essaouira has a vibrant market scene where you can find a variety of goods, including traditional Moroccan handicrafts, spices, textiles, and jewellery. The markets are a great place to immerse yourself in the local culture and practice your bargaining skills.
Essaouira is famous for its long stretches of sandy beaches, which are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, water sports or even horse riding along the beach.
Seafood lovers will be in for a treat in Essaouira. The city is known for its freshly caught fish, which can be enjoyed at the local restaurants along the harbour. Try the traditional dish of grilled sardines or indulge in a seafood platter mixture of delicacies from the sea.
For history enthusiasts, a visit to the Skala de la Ville is a must. This 18th-century fortress offers panoramic views of the city and the coastline. You can walk along the ramparts and explore the various cannons and artillery that once protected the city from invaders.
